Parish, then ministry, then the event:

The form builds this for you, and it is what lets each parish and
ministry have its own feed.
Anything the whole parish can attend. Planning meetings, rehearsals and staff-only items stay off.
Real start and end times. If it repeats, set it to repeat.
The actual room. Full street address if it is off-site.
An email or a link, not a personal phone number. This calendar is public to the internet.
Moved or cancelled? Update it the same day. A stale calendar stops being trusted faster than an empty one.
Pick one. It tints the event in Google Calendar so people can scan a month and find their own.
Colours appear in Google Calendar. Subscribers on iPhone or Outlook see one colour for the whole calendar, which is a limit of the calendar feed rather than a mistake. The ministry name in the title works everywhere.
